O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF, determinou que o governador de Santa Catarina, Jorginho Mello, preste depoimento à Polícia Federal em até 15 dias. A decisão foi tomada após o governador afirmar, em entrevista, que Jair Bolsonaro e Valdemar Costa Neto, presidente do PL, “conversam muito”, mesmo com uma ordem judicial que proíbe contato entre os dois.
As declarações, feitas à Jovem Pan News, sugerem possível violação das medidas cautelares impostas pela Corte. Moraes ordenou a investigação pela PF e encaminhou o caso à PGR. Bolsonaro e Valdemar estão proibidos de contato desde fevereiro de 2024, no âmbito de investigações sobre uma suposta conspiração para reverter o resultado das eleições de 2022.
