O corregedor da Penitenciária Federal de Brasília, juiz Frederico Botelho de Barros Viana, reconheceu que os motivos que justificaram a inclusão de Fuminho no sistema federal “não mais subsistem em sua integralidade”.
Com a nova decisão, o detento será levado para uma unidade prisional de segurança máxima em Aquiraz, na Região Metropolitana de Fortaleza.
