O Ministério Público da Itália deu parecer favorável à extradição da deputada federal Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) para o Brasil. A informação é da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU). A parlamentar está presa cautelarmente no país europeu, por decisão da Justiça italiana, que considerou haver grave risco de fuga.
Carla Zambelli foi condenada à prisão, pelo STF, por uma invasão aos sistemas do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ). Antes de a condenação do Supremo se tornar definitiva, Carla Zambelli fugiu para a Itália, o que levou a parlamentar a ser incluída na difusão vermelha da Interpol.
Em julho, a deputada foi presa nos arredores de Roma. Alvo de um processo de extradição, Carla Zambelli aguarda decisão do caso detida na penitenciária feminina de Rebibbia.
