A Primeira Turma do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) formou maioria nesta terça-feira (21/10) para condenar os sete réus do núcleo 4 da trama golpista.
O grupo é acusado de disseminar notícias falsas para criar uma instabilidade institucional que favorece uma tentativa de golpe de Estado.
Segundo a Procuradoria Geral da República (PGR), os réus usaram a estrutura da Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin), para espionar adversários políticos, criar e espalhar informações falsas contra o processo eleitoral, instituições democráticas e autoridades que ameaçavam os interesses golpistas.
Além de Moraes e Cármen Lúcia, o ministro Cristiano Zanin já havia votado seguindo o parecer do relator. Fux foi o único a divergir. O julgamento segue com o placar de 3 a 1. Ainda falta o voto do presidente da Turma, ministro Flávio Dino.
