Nos corredores da política brasileira, já há quem chame o processo contra Jair Bolsonaro de “Julgamento Kinder-Ovo”: a cada nova fase, uma surpresa inesperada aparece dentro do processo. O ex-presidente, que enfrenta uma série de acusações e investigações, vê-se agora no centro de um enredo que parece não ter fim – e que, para muitos, já ultrapassou os limites da justiça para se tornar um espetáculo político.
O que antes parecia ser um processo com acusações específicas agora se desdobra em novas frentes, evidências, depoimentos e até reinterpretações jurídicas. Cada dia surge um elemento novo, reforçando a sensação de que o roteiro está sendo escrito conforme a necessidade do momento.
DemocraDURA: Justiça ou Perseguição?
Diante desse cenário, cresce a percepção de que o Brasil vive uma “democraDURA”: um sistema que, sob o verniz democrático, usa suas instituições para sufocar opositores políticos. O discurso oficial fala em defesa da Constituição e combate à desinformação, mas, na prática, muitos enxergam uma seletividade preocupante.
Enquanto políticos de outros espectros ideológicos escapam ilesos de acusações graves, Bolsonaro e seus aliados enfrentam um cerco cada vez mais apertado. Medidas que antes pareciam impensáveis em um regime democrático – como censura prévia, prisão de opositores e bloqueio de redes sociais – tornaram-se realidade.
A questão que fica é: até onde vai essa “surpresa” judicial? E, principalmente, qual será o próximo “brinde” desse processo? Se o Kinder-Ovo jurídico continuar entregando novas peças sem um limite claro, o risco não será apenas para Bolsonaro, mas para toda a credibilidade da justiça brasileira.
