Moraes barra tentativa de “recomeço” de Daniel Silveira
Daniel Silveira tentou, mas não conseguiu: o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF, negou o pedido do ex-deputado para sair da prisão durante o dia e trabalhar ou estudar.
A defesa queria que ele deixasse a cadeia das 5h30 às 22h30. O plano? Estudar numa faculdade e trabalhar numa academia. Os advogados alegaram que Silveira “só falou demais” e não representa perigo à sociedade.
Mas Moraes foi direto: não autorizou. Segundo o ministro, não há espaço para esse benefício neste momento.
Silveira está preso em regime semiaberto na Colônia Penal de Magé (RJ). Foi condenado em 2023 por ameaças e ataques ao STF. Em 2024, perdeu o livramento condicional por descumprir o horário de recolhimento noturno.
