A parlamentar entrou com uma representação no MPF pedindo a prisão de Bolsonaro por supostamente “atacar a democracia” no discurso da manifestação pela anistia”.
A deputada federal Duda Salabert (PDT-MG) entrou com representação neste domingo (16/3) na Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) contra o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) por ter proferido falas contrárias a democracia e à segurança institucional do Brasil, como uma teoria sem comprovação sobre a lisura do processo eleitoral, e pediu que seja apresentado um pedido de prisão preventiva ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
“A permanência desse discurso falso e inflamado representa um risco à ordem democrática, pois alimenta a insatisfação de grupos extremistas que, no passado, já praticaram atos violentos contra as instituições democráticas”, afirmou a parlamentar mineira.
Duda Salabert pede que o procurador Paulo Gonet abra procedimento investigatório pelas falas, sugere um pedido de prisão preventiva e a adoção de medidas cautelares.
Duda alega que Bolsonaro incitou publicamente a animosidade entre Forças Armadas e os Poderes Constitucionais; tentou depor, por meio de violência ou grave ameaça, o governo legitimamente constituído; impediu ou perturbou o livre exercício dos Poderes da União, conforme o artigo 359 do Código Penal.
Bolsonaro realizou na manhã deste domingo na praia de Copacabana, no Rio de Janeiro, uma manifestação para pedir anistia para os condenados por invasão, depredação e pedidos de atos golpistas realizados por apoiadores dele em 8 de janeiro de 2023, na Praça dos Três Poderes, em Brasília. O ex-presidente chegou a estimar inicialmente um milhão de pessoas, mas depois, afirmou que esperava cerca de 500 mil pessoas.
