URGENTE BRASIL: Recuperação de Bolsonaro será longa e sem previsão de alta, informam médicos.

O ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) segue internado no Hospital DF Star, em Brasília, após passar por uma cirurgia no intestino no último domingo (13). Segundo a equipe médica responsável, a recuperação será demorada e ainda não há previsão de alta hospitalar.
“Será um pós-operatório muito prolongado. Não há expectativa de alta nesta semana”, afirmou o cardiologista Leandro Echenique, durante coletiva de imprensa realizada na manhã desta segunda-feira (14). O cirurgião Cláudio Birolini reforçou a cautela em relação à recuperação: “Não temos grande expectativa de uma evolução rápida”.
A cirurgia, considerada de grande porte, teve duração de 12 horas e foi necessária devido a complicações decorrentes da facada sofrida por Bolsonaro em 2018, durante a campanha presidencial. O procedimento, descrito como uma “extensa lise de aderências e reconstrução da parede abdominal”, ocorreu sem intercorrências e sem necessidade de transfusão sanguínea, conforme informou o boletim médico.
Bolsonaro foi levado ao centro cirúrgico por volta das 9h de domingo, iniciando os procedimentos pré-operatórios. A laparotomia exploradora teve início às 10h, com o objetivo de liberar aderências intestinais e reconstruir a parede abdominal danificada.
Na sexta-feira (11), o ex-presidente começou a sentir fortes dores abdominais durante um evento do Partido Liberal no Rio Grande do Norte, precisando ser retirado do local de helicóptero. Ele foi levado para Natal e, no sábado à noite (12), transferido para Brasília em uma UTI aérea.
De acordo com os médicos, a causa da obstrução intestinal foi uma dobra no intestino delgado, que comprometia o trânsito intestinal. A complicação foi tratada durante a cirurgia.
Enquanto segue internado, o quadro de saúde do ex-presidente inspira cuidados, e sua equipe médica reforça que os próximos dias serão decisivos para avaliar a evolução do pós-operatório.
